Australian Day Tours:
DAY TOURS
· Tours cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee.
· If cancelled within 24hrs of travel or passengers Fail to Load 100% cancellation fee applies.
. Concession Fares - Valid for Australian and New Zealand Pension and Senior Card Holders.
ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS
· A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure.
· Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
· 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.
Mike Ball Dive Expeditions:
If a passenger cancels their booking with notice of less than 90 days, they forfeit 30% of trip fee. If notice is less than 30 days, they forfeit 100% of trip fee.
If the tour operator is forced to cancel the trip due to adverse weather conditions, passengers will receive a credit for future travel with the same tour operator, or a refund equal to 85% of the trip cost.
Autopia Tours:
Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
Hills Luxury Day Tours:
A full refund is available for cancellation up to 6 days before your tour.
Cancellation less than 6 days prior to departure will not be refunded.
