15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure.
50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure.

Go West Tours:
Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.
Cairns Dive Centre:
Cancellations or changes to bookings within 48hrs of departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund. 20% Cancellation fee on all bookings regardless of date.
Big Cat Green Island Reef Cruises:
No cancellation fees are applied by the Tour Operator.
CAIRNS PREMIER Reef and Island Tours - Ocean Free and Ocean Freedom:
Minimum 24hrs notice required for refunds. Cancellations within 24hrs - no refund.
Captain Cook Cruises:
All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates:
30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit.
within 15-29 days; 50% of fare.
14 days or less; 100% of fare.
no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare.
Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.
Western Travel Bug:

Red Earth Safaris:
No refund will be given if cancellations are received less than seven days before departure.

Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges.
Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given.
Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.
Cairns Discovery Tours:
Cairns Discovery Tours reserve the right to alter or change any tour itinerary, but do so only in extreme circumstances due to adverse weather, unsuitable road conditions or operations needs and would do so with full consideratation of your interests.

· 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.

Scenic Hinterland Day Tours:
Notice of 72 hours notice is required to receive any refund if YOU cancel your booking. Our company has the right to cancel bookings, substitute vehicle, alter itineraries, optional activities and prices without notice. Our company or any of their affiliates will not be responsible for any unforeseeable events or break downs which may effect or alter the contents of the tours described nor will they be responsible for any death, injuries or losses suffered while on board any of our vehicles or during transferring of passengers from vehicle to another vehicle, or during optional tour/s activities as you acknowledge that some of the activities have some risk/s factors. This company is not responsible for any goods left on the vehicles. Children 1-12 years must be accompanied by an adult. Under 1 years FREE. FREE TOUR OFFER: FREE tour is per person, not valid with any other discount and redeemable within 30 days from date of the 1st tour. Tours must be paid in full before the first day of travel.
Adelaide Sightseeing:
Cancellation of a booking, or part thereof will incur the following fees:
· More than 30 days before departure - $50 per person
· Between 7 & 30 days before departure - $50 per person or 50% of total cost whichever is greater
· Less than 7 days before departure - $50 per person or 80% of total cost whichever is greater
· Within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost
No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing.
Amendment Fees: Due to the complexity, staff time & communication costs of the booking process, a charge of $22 (incl GST) may apply to each modification made after the original booking.
Captain Cook Cruises (WA):
Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers.
Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund.
Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued.
IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS'
All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

Cancellation Policy:
Day Tours: Cancellations received within 24hrs prior to departure date and no shows are subject to 100% cancellation fee. Date changes are permitted (subject to availability)
Extended Tours: If cancellation occurs more than 61 days prior to departure a cancellation fee of $300 per person will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations occurring less than 60 days prior to departure will incur the following charges: 31-60 days prior 80% of Total, 30 Days or less 100% of Total Price. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Jump Tours:
Jump Tours charges fees for cancellation by the customer depending on the time left before departure:
30 Days - 14 Days before departure: 25% of tour price
13 Days - 48 hours before departure: 50% of tour price
Less than 48hrs before departure: 100% of tour price
Wayoutback Australian Safaris:
Cancellations recieved with more than 30 days notice prior to departure incur no fee other than the tourstogo.com cancellation fee.
Cancellations received with 14-29 day notice incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received with 13 days or less days notice incur a 100% cancellation fee and will not receive a refund.
Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Tasmania:
Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to a booking cancelled within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on.
Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Sydney Pearl Cruises:
No refunds provided for cancellations.
AAT Kings (Northern Territory):

If for any reason (weather, road blocks, minimum numbers not achieved) we can no longer operate a scheduled tour, we will refund the cost of the tour to those clients who have made advance payments in full.
Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee applies to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend all clients have travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once a booking is made, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation by the client:
30+ days prior to date of travel – no charge
30 to 15 days before departure – 25% charge
14 to 8 days before departure – 50% charge
7 days or less before departure or no-show – 100% charge
For personalised packaged tours, any deposits paid are strictly non-refundable, and the balance must be received 1 month prior to the commencement of the tour. If you fail to join a tour or join it after scheduled departure, no tour amount will be refunded. Similarly, if you leave the tour before the scheduled conclusion, no amount of the tour will be refunded.
The above cancellation fees are in addition to cancellation fees that may be applied by accommodation providers or third party tour and transport service providers.
Marcopolo Holiday:
Passenger cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to a departure time will result in a 50% refund of money paid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a booked tour will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour fare. Please note also that a “cancellation” includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.
