Cancellations:
Any bookings cancelled within 72 hours of departure will be subject to a cancellation charge at the tour operators discretion.
A 100% cancellation fee may be charged for FIT passengers cancelling within 24 hours of departure.
A 100% cancellation fee may be charged for groups (10 or more pax) cancelling within 72 hours of departure.
Nautilus Aviation:
48hrs cancellation notice required for full refund.
Cairns Adventure Group:
50% Refund within 48 hours no refund if within 24 hours of departure
Jungle Adventures:
Jungle Surfing is an all-weather activity and continues to operate in wet conditions.
No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure.
10% cancellation fee for all other cancellations, in addition to any cancellation fee charge by booking agent.
Under extreme weather conditions, if operator cancels tour, a full refund is available.
Vagabond Cruises:
Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential.

•Concession rate = Australian seniors/pensioners & full time students
•Family rate = 2 adults + 2 children

Photography Tours:
All bookings are 100% Non Refundable – In case of not being able to attend you must contact us by no later than 24 hours before the date of the booked tour for possible transfer to next available tour. You may find a replacement to take over your booking as long as they present the original Tour Voucher with your signed authorization.
Upon accepting these Terms and Conditions, you hereby indemnify Sydney Photography Tours and/or its tutors against responsibility for any accident, loss or injury suffered during the course of activities. Should at any time the supervisor consider that you require medical treatment, you consent to Sydney Photography Tours obtaining the same at your expense.
Go Ride a Wave:
Cancellation (within) between 48 hours – 7 days prior to lessons will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellation (within) less than 48 hours prior to program will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
A full refund will be given if lessons are cancelled due to weather/ surf conditions.
Brisbane Cruises:
72 hrs notice is required for general scheduled cruises. Cancellations within this time will not be refunded.
Four and six weeks is required for special events.
Rottnest Fast Ferries & Tours:
All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. We have a no refund policy; however we can offer a credit note valid for one year for any cancellations that are made at least one hour prior to tour/ferry departure. Any no shows or cancellations made within one hour of departure will result in all pre-payments being forfeited. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued instead of a refund.

Disclaimer – Bruny Island Safaris (BIS) reserves the right to amend itineraries or cancel tours due to unforeseen weather events and seasonal availability of some gourmet products.

48 hours full refund less booking fee of 20%
