Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.
CAIRNS PREMIER Reef and Island Tours - Ocean Free and Ocean Freedom:
Minimum 24hrs notice required for refunds. Cancellations within 24hrs - no refund.
Captain Cook Cruises:
All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates:
30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit.
within 15-29 days; 50% of fare.
14 days or less; 100% of fare.
no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare.
Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.
Cairns Discovery Tours:
Cairns Discovery Tours reserve the right to alter or change any tour itinerary, but do so only in extreme circumstances due to adverse weather, unsuitable road conditions or operations needs and would do so with full consideratation of your interests.
Cancellation within 24 hours 100% non refundable.
Cairns Adventure Group:
50% Refund within 48 hours no refund if within 24 hours of departure
Adelaide Sightseeing:
Cancellation of a booking, or part thereof will incur the following fees:
· More than 30 days before departure - $50 per person
· Between 7 & 30 days before departure - $50 per person or 50% of total cost whichever is greater
· Less than 7 days before departure - $50 per person or 80% of total cost whichever is greater
· Within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost
No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing.
Amendment Fees: Due to the complexity, staff time & communication costs of the booking process, a charge of $22 (incl GST) may apply to each modification made after the original booking.
AAT Kings (Northern Territory):
Due to the Extensive organisation involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges.
Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given.
Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.
