Cancellations within 24 - 48 hours of tour departure will incur a 50% loss of the ticket price. Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in 100% loss of the ticket price.
The tour operator highly recommends all passengers have travel insurance. Although every effort is made, the tour operator shall not be liable for any illness, damages, loss or delay that may occur due to factors beyond our control.
The tour operator reserves and retains the right to alter itineraries, fares and may cancel tours in unforeseen circumstances.
Go West Tours:
Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.
Big Cat Green Island Reef Cruises:
No cancellation fees are applied by the Tour Operator.
Western Travel Bug:
* non arrival or less than 72 hours notice before departure - no refund
* more than 72 hours notice before departure - 25% non commissionable refund

All tours/cruises are weather and number dependant. (Reschedule or refund).
No refund available for cancellations or changes within 72hrs of tour departure.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once any payment is made the following cancellation fees will apply in addition to any fees levied by your booking agent:
Cancellation Fees: Day Tours
Cancellation within 2 days (48hrs) of departure results in a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations between 3 and 5 days prior to departure results in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration)
Cancellations within 5 days of departure results in up to a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 6-15 days prior to departure result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 16-29 days prior to departure result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 30 or more days prior to departure results in : up to a 10% fee charged by Adams Pinnacle Tours
Amendment Fees: Day Tours
A charge of $50 per person may apply to booking amendments received more than 5 days prior to tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments made within 5 days prior to the tour departure will be treated as cancellations and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
Amendment Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration)
A Charge of $100 per person may apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed and at least 30 days prior to the tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments within 30 days of travel will be treated as cancellations and the cancellation policy applied.
Mulgas Adventures:
100% non-refundable if cancelled within 48hours of tour departure. 25% cancellation fee if cancelled with more than 48hrs notice.
AUSTRALIAN NATURAL TREASURES TOURING:
Full amounts are payable for ‘no shows’ or cancellations less than 24 hours from departure. Cancellations less than 1 week before departure we will incur a charge of 50%. More than one weeks notice will incur no charge.
Where a private cottage has been booked as part of a cancelled booking, the whole charge will apply if less than 3 days notice is given, unless the cottage is able to be resold.
Australian Day Tours:
DAY TOURS
· Tours cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee.
· If cancelled within 24hrs of travel or passengers Fail to Load 100% cancellation fee applies.
. Concession Fares - Valid for Australian and New Zealand Pension and Senior Card Holders.
ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS
· A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure.
· Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
· 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.
Flames of the Forest:
For bookings up to 5 passengers - Cancellation fee of 100% applies within 24 hours of the event.
For bookings of 6 or more passengers - Cancellation fee of 100% applies within 7 days of the event.
Vagabond Cruises:
Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential.

Passenger cancellation/date change of any tour, in less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to a departure time will result in a 50% refund of money paid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a booked tour will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour fare. Please note also that a “cancellation” includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.
