Skypark Cairns by AJ Hackett:
Bungy & Minjin: Before registration - Full refund / After registration - No refund
Parasail & Jetski: No refund if notice of cancellation is less than 24 hours.
Red Earth Safaris:
No refund will be given if cancellations are received less than seven days before departure.
Spirit of Freedom:
An AUD$100 cancellation fee applies from time of booking to 61 days prior to departure.
20% cancellation fee applies with less than 60 Days Notice
100% cancellation fee applies with 21 days or Less Notice
All passengers are strongly advised to travel with Travel Insurance that covers for Trip Cancellation and Scuba Diving Evacuation & Medical cover.
Wildlife Coast Cruises:
Due to possible schedule amendments, we advise to check with our office before planning your itinerary.
Wildlife Coast Cruises reserves the right to cancel at short notice. If you wish to cancel your cruise, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled departure receive no refund. Some cruises may be cancelled due to weather, insufficient bookings or special events. In the event of this, an alternative cruise will be offered. If this is not possible, then at the discretion of management a refund will be considered.
Vagabond Cruises:
Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential.
•Child rate = 5-14 yrs
•Concession rate = Australian seniors/pensioners & full time students
•Family rate = 2 adults + 2 children
•Full payment is due on booking
•There is no refund for no shows
•Tickets & monies are non-refundable & non-transferable unless the cruise is cancelled
•A 3% credit card fee will apply if you have paid by AMEX/DINERS credit card
•Your ticket is valid for the day of the booking only
•Please arrive at departure point 15 minutes prior to departure time
•Surcharge will apply on Public Holidays

Captain Cook Cruises (WA):
Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers.
Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund.
Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued.
IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS'
All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.
World Heritage Cruises:
Cancellations within 24 hrs of the cruise - non refundable
Hartleys Crocodile Adventures:
Cancellation Policy
Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences:
Outside of 24 hours - no charge.
12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge.
Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.
Autopia Tours:
Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
Sydney Pearl Cruises:
No refunds provided for cancellations.
