Bungy & Minjin: Before registration - Full refund / After registration - No refund
Parasail & Jetski: No refund if notice of cancellation is less than 24 hours.
Kookaburra Showboat Cruises:
Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee; there will be no refund for any cancellation within 21 days of your Cruise Departure date & time.
Cruises are subject to minimum numbers.
Segway Xperiences:
Will provide a voucher valid for 6 months or a full refund if cancellation weather related; 20% cancellation fee is applicable.
Adventure Moreton Island:
If you decide to cancel your tour, refunds will not be permitted Requests for Reschedule; More than 78 hours prior to travel date : $5.50 pp fee. Less than 78hrs prior to travel date : 100% cancellation fee. No Show : 100% cancellation fee.

All cruises are subject to tide, weather conditions and minimum number of passengers and may be changed without notice due to conditions of the day. We reserve the right substitute vessels and or skippers and crew and shall not be liable for death/injury to any persons or loss or damage to property due to person’s negligence. Should a cruise be cancelled due to tide and or weather conditions, a seat on the next available cruise will be offered or a full refund will be given. However should a guest cancel, the following cancellation fees apply: 24hours in advance - no fee; Less than 24 hours or failure to board - no refund given.
North Queensland Wildscapes:
24 hours no refund unless due to extreme weather conditions
48 hours full refund less booking fee of 20%
Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Brisbane:
Cancellation fees of 50% may apply when a booking is cancelled with between 72 and 24 hours notice. Cancellation fee of 100% may apply for a tour cancelled within 24 hours of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on.
Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Sky Dance Airways:
Our Adventure Aircraft and Mother Nature play in the same skies and so naturally your flight is subject to weather and other operational requirements. If your flight is canceled due to these reasons you may rescheduled to a later date subject to availability. Flights are also fully transferable between your friends and family if you can not fly for any reason. You may also transfer or reschedule flights or adventures so long as you give a minimum of 5 days notice. Rescheduling is also subject to availability. Flights canceled with less than 5 days notice may have some costs associated. We greatly appreciate any referrals or reviews you may give us. Explore Group:
If you cancel more than 48hours prior to the cruise, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 48hours and 24hours prior there is a 50% fee.
If you cancel within 24hours of your tour or are a no show on the day there is a 100% fee.
Absolute Airlie:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be processed for no-shows on the day of the tour.
Tours may require a minimum number of bookings in order to run. In the rare event of minimum numbers not being reached, management reserve the right to cancel the tour and customers will be offered an alternative day or tour (if available) or full refund.
In the event of tour changes or cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or National Park closures, customers will be notified by Absolute Airlie management and a full refund OR exchange to another tour or date will be arranged.
Discovery Adventure Group Pty Ltd:
48 hours notice of cancellation is required or 100% of fare is payable. Failure to board will incur 100% of fare. The Discovery Group reserves the right to operate substitute vehicles, amend tour timings and itinerary without prior notification. Minimum numbers apply. Prices are subject to change and a surcharge is applied to all tours over public holiday periods. Directors, management and staff shall not be responsible or liable for death of or injury to any person, or loss of / damage to any property due to persons negligence.
