If you cancel some or all portions of your booking cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip:
30 days or more prior to departure, we will retain $99 per person;
Between 15 and 29 days prior to departure, we will retain 50% of the total booking cost
14 days or less prior to departure, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking.
Note that different cancellation conditions apply to some trips and additional services. Your booking consultant will advise if differences apply. Please note that for certain travel arrangements the cancellation charge may be higher than those shown. In certain cases a 100% cancellation fee applies as soon as the booking is made and the ticket is issued. You will be advised of different cancellation charges at time of booking. You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation fees. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.
If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made. The above cancellation fees are in addition to fees which may be levied by accommodation providers, travel agents or third party tour and transport operator fees.
SNBT Tours of the Home and Away film set:
It is compulsory for the customer to reconfirm tours at least 24 hours prior to travel. Failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled. Cancellations will not be accepted via telephone. Cancellations must be in written form or via email.
SNB Australia reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for the following:
Cancellation 48 hours - 3 days prior to departure: 25% of tour price. Cancellation 24 hours - 48 hours before departure: 50% of tour price. Cancellation within 24 hours of departure or no show: 100% of tour price
SNB Australia reserves the right to alter the itinerary or cancel a tour without notice as may be found necessary for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, road, weather or traffic conditions, operational conditions and requirements. Where a tour is cancelled prior to the departure date we shall endeavour to offer the nearest possible departure date or, if this is not acceptable, refund your monies in full. All additional expenses incurred as a result of any delays, cancellations or alterations will be the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Dietary requirements
Important Note: If you or a member of your travel group has special dietary requirements, you MUST advise reservations at the time of booking to ensure adequate arrangements can be made to meet your needs.
Jump Tours:
Jump Tours charges fees for cancellation by the customer depending on the time left before departure:
30 Days - 14 Days before departure: 25% of tour price
13 Days - 48 hours before departure: 50% of tour price
Less than 48hrs before departure: 100% of tour price
Wayoutback Australian Safaris:
Cancellations recieved with more than 30 days notice prior to departure incur no fee other than the tourstogo.com cancellation fee.
Cancellations received with 14-29 day notice incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received with 13 days or less days notice incur a 100% cancellation fee and will not receive a refund.
