Cancellations within 24 - 48 hours of tour departure will incur a 50% loss of the ticket price. Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in 100% loss of the ticket price.
The tour operator highly recommends all passengers have travel insurance. Although every effort is made, the tour operator shall not be liable for any illness, damages, loss or delay that may occur due to factors beyond our control.
The tour operator reserves and retains the right to alter itineraries, fares and may cancel tours in unforeseen circumstances.

Swan Valley Tours reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient passenger numbers. Swan Valley Tours shall not be liable for any injuries, illness, damage, loss or delay that may be caused to the passenger and/or their belongings whilst on tour. Full payment or credit card details are required to confirm a booking. Cancellation fee is 100% within 24 hours.

No refund will be given if cancellations are received less than seven days before departure.
Cairns Adventure Group:
50% Refund within 48 hours no refund if within 24 hours of departure
Exemplar Coaches & Limousines:
No penalty outside 24 hours. 100% within 24 hours.
Two Feet & a Heartbeat:
24 hours notice required for cancellation refunds.

For cancellations 30 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 10 per cent cancellation fee.
For cancellations 16 to 29 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 per cent cancellation fee.
For cancellations within 15 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 per cent cancellation fee.
Captain Cook Cruises (WA):
Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers.
Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund.
Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued.
IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS'
All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.
